Two of my favorite fall flavors are pumpkin and maple and this delicious pumpkin dessert combines both of those. It’s not quite as easy as this pumpkin crunch cake, but it’s even more delicious! I can’t tell you how much fun it’s been to live in the Kansas City area the past two years. There’s just something incredible about going out on Fridays during football season and seeing half the people around you wearing red for red Friday. Back before I started blogging I worked as a project manager and one of my colleagues would always do a big Christmas cookie day for the entire office every year. One year I volunteered to help her bake the cookies and she was an absolute machine.
