My family and I just returned from a trip to Universal Studios Florida where we rode as many rides as possible, including all of the Universal Studios roller coasters! I grew up in a coaster family that went to amusement parks for every single vacation. I’ve said it before but pumpkin isn’t my favorite flavor but today I’m taking that back. It’s still not my favorite flavor, but I’m beginning to like it a whole lot more. Why you ask? My husband and I took our sons to Daytona Beach for a quick weekend getaway. I’ve only ever been to Daytona Beach once before and that was for a whirlwind VIP Daytona 500 tour when Nextel took over the Nascar Race Series back in 2004. We walked the boardwalk and ate some ice cream but that trip was mostly about the race. And very different from this one.
